Rotherham Titans Urgent IT Support Call

Following a call from a local Rugby team who we sponsor, we were delighted to help Rotherham Titans get their server back up and running.

Having returned to their offices on Clifton Lane after being temporarily closed due to lockdown the Titans discovered that they could not get their server runningOur engineers visited at short notice to deliver some 'Emergency IT Support'.

They quickly indentified a Windows Update was the culprit and after applying the update and some cleaning up of the server we were able to get it back up and running to leave the Titans able to work on their network again.

Titans General Manager Tony Jenkinson said "Great service and support from sponsors Affinity IT today.

We returned to work after lockdown to discover we couldn’t access our server. Nick arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue and got us up and running. He also tidied up our server room which had some redundant kit still plugged in and consuming power. It is fair to say Affinity exceeded our expectations."
