At Affinity, we are an approved IT support provider for St. James's Place Partners and Paraplanners.

We offer a range of services to assist the day to day running of your practice, taking the headache out of your IT.

We can manage Microsoft 365 Licensing, Encryption, Antivirus, Data Backups and day to day remote support for issues related to PC’s, laptops and any services you are using such as OneDrive, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and so on. These aren’t the only services we get involved with however, some partners also use us for their telecommunications and we manage their phone lines, broadband, business mobiles and internal phone systems.

We are also heavily involved in getting several practices set up with SharePoint so they can share files internally, externally, and more importantly, securely.

Compliance is the bane of most peoples life!  We can give you complete visibility of your IT Fleet.  Regular reports will demonstrate that all your machines are secure, up to date and protected with Anti Virus. We can even keep you updated on warranty expiration's and if your computer is running too hot!

We have recently seen a large increase in practices asking to be set up on Microsoft Teams so we have also been implementing this as well as providing training sessions to make the transmission to remote working a far easier task.
