Affinity Donate PC’s to Paces Sheffield Charity

Feb 2020

Following of from the success of our 'donating PC's to charity' scheme in 2019 where we helped 10 charities, in 2020 we aim to help double that and we've started off with our first donation of the year.

We we're delighted to visit Paces Sheffield recently and leave them with two machines.

Paces are a charity which was founded by parents of children with Cerebral Palsy in 1997 and has worked ever since to support those families, children and adults who are living with neurological conditions.

They offer innovative conductive education programmes to help transform their lives.

The PC's were donated by Affinity client ProHealthcare and will be used by the children who attend the school during lessons.

Paces Chief Executive Spencer Pitfield said: "We're so very grateful to Affinity and Pro Healthcare for donating 2 computers to our school."

Affinity's Rich Davies said: "We are so blown away by the great work being done by Paces and delighted we could make a little bit of a difference for the children."

If you have a PC you’d like to donate please get in touch with Tom Jackson via email tom.jackson@affinityit.co.uk or on 0114 362 7000.

We’ll sort out cleaning the machines down in line with GDPR regulations and pass them on to charities who have registered with us.

We help charities of all sizes and usually donate 2 PC’s per charity so that we can share out what we have.

If you are a charity reading this and would like to register to go onto our waiting list then then you can contact Tom Jackson via email tom.jackson@affinityit.co.uk or on 0114 362 7000.
